The Spanish Constitutional competences of the right to enjoy the environment in adaptation of the European regulation

The environment has been subject to legal regulation in Europe with the aim of specifying and guaranteeing an attitude on the right to quality of life through its protection. The object of this work is the study of the requirements set by the European Union in the enjoyment of the environment and the adaptation of the same to the Spanish legislation, in which the measures of protection and environmental defense are collected in article 45 of the Constitution.
The materialization of the environmental protection that the constitutional text extols, in addition to the distribution of the competences of the Public Administrations, must contain measures aimed at the prevention and reduction of the damage caused to the natural environment, through a correct collaboration between said administrative levels. competent, which are oriented towards the effectiveness and efficiency of the policies developed for this purpose.
