Abstract

In this paper a review of the judgments of the Constitutional Court concerning autonomous regions in processes of constitutional, jurisdictional conflicts and conflicts in defense of local autonomy, Challenges of autonomic dispositions and prejudicial questions of validity of regional norms, during 2017. In addition comes, it is made a brief comment of those processes played by Castilla- La Mancha.
