Abstract

This paper presents a review of the judgments handed down by the Constitutional Court referring to Autonomous Communities, in unconstitutionality proceedings, conflicts of competences, challenges to regional provisions and preliminary rulings on the validity of regional norms, during the year 2018. makes a brief comment on those processes in which the Region of Castilla-La Mancha has intervened.
