This review of the monograph –La Constitución de España– by Professor Luis López Guerra, is part of the “Ibero-American constitutional systems” collection of the Tirant lo Blanch publishing house. In just over two hundred pages, the author carries out a synthetic, rigorous and critical study of the spanish constitutional system, including valuable reform proposals.
