Abstract

The present work aims to describe the role of the Advisory Council of Castilla-La Mancha regarding the exercise of constitutional and statutory powers assigned by Article 11 of Law 11/2003, of September 25, which regulates this body and the Government of our autonomous community. This role was reflected, in 2019, in the issuance of nine opinions on draft bills. In eight of these cases, the Council made essential considerations worth recalling as the most significant doctrine related to the subject at hand.

The structure followed in each section of this work is divided into three well-defined parts, addressing the purpose of the draft bill, the fundamental considerations issued by the Council, and, where applicable, the extent to which these observations were taken into account in the legislative text approved by the Cortes of Castilla-La Mancha.
