Abstract

This work describes the work of the Castilla-La Mancha Advisory Council regarding the exercise of constitutional and statutory powers attributed by article Law 11/2003, of September 25, which regulates said body and the Government of our autonomous community. Said work has materialized, in 2020, in the issuance of five opinions on draft laws. In three of them, the Council made essential considerations that should be remembered as the most significant doctrine, referring to the matter at hand.

The scheme that is followed in each of the sections of this work is structured, in turn, in three clearly differentiated ones, referring to the purpose of the preliminary draft, fundamental considerations issued by the Board and, where appropriate, level of attention that said observations have had in the normative text approved by the Cortes of Castilla-La Mancha.
