Alberto Oehling de los Reyes, “Protección constitucional de la integridad personal del detenido y recluso. Medios de tutela jurídica nacional e internacional” (Aranzadi, 2019, 353 págs.).

This book analyses the means of guarantee of the right to the personal integrity of the detainee and the prisoner at national, european and international level. It is not, therefore, an analysis of all the rights that are recognised for the prisoner, but only of the basic rights of the prisoner, especially in relation to the notion of the person’s dignity.
