Activity of the Consultative Council of Castilla-La Mancha in constitutional and by-law matters (2024)

Abstract

As every year, this report aims to describe the work of the Advisory Council of Castilla-La Mancha concerning the exercise of constitutional and statutory competencies attributed by Article 11/2003 of September 25, which this work focused on issuing seven opinions, five of which are on draft laws and the two remaining on collaboration agreements with other autonomous communities. In six of these, the Council made essential considerations regarding the subject at hand, which are worth recalling as significant doctrine. The structure followed is divided into two main sections, the first one on draft laws and the second one on collaboration agreements. Each of them will be further divided into three parts dedicated to the purpose of the draft or agreement, and essential considerations issued by the Council and, where appropriate, the level of attention that such observations have received in the regulatory text approved by the Cortes of Castilla-La Mancha.
