Dimension and manifestations from constitutional law to the legal judge

This work is dedicated to the analysis of the essential manifestations of the right to a legal judge, as a unifying concept of other terminology that will be more familiar, such as the right to an ordinary judge predetermined by law. To do this, we will start from the essential purpose of this right, which is none other than judicial independence -neutrality-, which is achieved through the configuration of two dimensions of the right to the legal judge; a negative as exclusive, focused on what is not permitted, and another positive, which essentially translates into the obligatory predetermination.
