Abstract

This article discusses the role played by electoral courts in achieving inclusive justice, the relevance of issuing affirmative actions for the protection of the political-electoral rights of persons with disabilities, referring to relevant judgments and jurisprudential criteria aimed at the political and electoral rights of people with disability. Moreover, in these lines reference is made to the integration of the author as a link in Mexico of Discapamerica and as the initiative of the Observatory of Persons with Disabilities and its guiding axes.
