Abstract

As every year, this work is aimed at describing the work of the Consultative Council of Castilla-La Mancha regarding the exercise of constitutional and statutory powers attributed by article Law 11/2003, of September 25, which regulates said body and the Government of our autonomous community. This work, in the year 2023, and in a singular way, has been reduced to the issuance of only two opinions on draft laws. In one of them the Council made considerations of an essential nature, referring to the matter at hand, and which should be remembered as the most significant doctrine.

The scheme that is followed is structured in three sections, referring to the purpose of the draft, fundamental considerations issued by the Council and, where appropriate, the level of attention that these observations have had in the regulatory text approved by the Cortes of Castilla-La Mancha.
