Concurrent jurisdiction of the constitutional chamber and the administrative contentious jurisdiction, when it comes to the defense of the right protected in article 41 of the constitution, in the cases of complaints or environmental procedures

Abstract

In these lines the shared competence of the Constitutional Chamber of Costa Rica is developed, through the appeal of constitutional protection and the Administrative Contentious Court, through the recourse of protection of legality, to know of the possible injuries of the right to a procedure administrative soon and fulfilled, proclaimed in the article 41 constitutional, related to omissions to resolve complaints, complaints or environmental claims.
