Abstract

The article presents a profile of Adolfo Posada (1860-1944), a prominent Spanish jurist, sociologist, and reformist politician. It examines his extensive work spanning Political and Constitutional Law, Sociology, and Administrative Law, with a focus on his contributions to Municipal Law and labor legislation. His academic endeavors in Spain and Latin America, along with his role in constitutional reform during the monarchy and the Second Republic, are highlighted. Posada is remembered for his interdisciplinary approach and his influence on generations of legal scholars.
