Activity of the Consultative Council of Castilla-La Mancha in constitutional and by-law matters (from October 1, 1997 to September 30, 1998)

Abstract

This paper deals with the opinions issued by the Advisory Council of Castilla-La Mancha in the exercise of its constitutional and statutory powers conferred by Law 7/1997, of 5 September, of the Government and the Advisory Council of Castilla-La Mancha. Firstly, a summary of the specific subject matter will be made, in order to subsequently refer to the main aspects of the doctrine of the Council contained therein. For the purposes of its exposition, we will distinguish, on the one hand, the opinions issued in relation to the draft Laws, and, on the other, those referring to appeals of unconstitutionality and conflicts of jurisdiction before the Constitutional Court.
