Abstract

Once again, the main doctrine of the Advisory Council is set out in this work in the opinions issued in the exercise of its constitutional and statutory powers attributed by Law 11/2003, of 25 September, of the Government and the Advisory Council of Castilla-La Mancha. It is worth highlighting this year, due to the special significance of the matters on which they deal, the opinions issued in relation to the Preliminary Drafts of the Law on Qualified Activities of Castilla-La Mancha, of the Vineyard and Wine of Castilla-La Mancha, of Livestock Trails of Castilla-La Mancha and of Tax Measures of the Regional Government of Castilla-La Mancha.

As in the presentations made in previous years, a summary of the specific subject matter of the various opinions is included first, followed by a reference to the main aspects of the Council's doctrine contained therein, although it has been considered appropriate not to reproduce the doctrine of those opinions whose considerations do not offer any novelty or particularity with respect to the considerations formulated in others to which reference is made or which have been made in previous years. Nevertheless, at the end of the presentation, a list of those other opinions whose doctrine is not reproduced is included, which also relate to constitutional and statutory matters.
