Jurisprudence of the Constitutional Court on Autonomous Communities (1st January 2003 to 31st December 2003)

Abstract

In this section, a brief reference is made to the rulings of the Constitutional Court that affect, in general, the Autonomous Communities, mentioning those data or jurisprudential criteria that seem noteworthy, with the brevity that this section advises. A detailed analysis of the legal norms judged by the Court will not be carried out as long as they do not refer directly to our Autonomous Community. The numbers indicated in the summary correspond to a reference given chronologically to each ruling.
