Abstract

In this section , a succinct reference is made to the rulings of the Constitutional Court that affect, in general, the Autonomous Communities, mentioning those data or jurisprudential criteria that seem noteworthy, with the brevity that this section advises. A detailed analysis of the legal norms judged by the Court is avoided as long as they do not refer directly to our Autonomous Community. The numbers indicated in the summary correspond to a reference given chronologically to each ruling.
