Activity of the Consultative Council of Castilla-La Mancha in constitutional and by-law matters (2021)
Abstract
Once again this year, we intend to briefly present the main doctrine established in the opinions issued by the Advisory Council of Castilla-La Mancha, in the exercise of its constitutional and statutory powers conferred by Law 11/2003, of 25 September, which regulates the Council and the Government of our Autonomous Community. It is worth highlighting in this period, due to the special significance of the matters on which they deal, the opinions issued in relation to the preliminary drafts of the Law on the Regulation of the Pharmaceutical Service of Castilla-La Mancha, the Regulation of Passenger Transport in Castilla-La Mancha, and the Consumer Statute of Castilla-La Mancha.
Unlike previous years, throughout 2005 the Council has not ruled on any occasion on possible appeals of unconstitutionality that the regional Government could raise against state laws.
