Activity of the Castilla-La Mancha Advisory Council on the matter constitutional and statutory (2006)

Abstract

The purpose of this work is to gather the main doctrine established in the opinions of the Advisory Council of Castilla-La Mancha, issued in exercise of its constitutional and statutory powers conferred by Law 11/2003, of September 25, which regulates the Council and the Government of our Autonomous Community. It is worth highlighting in this period, due to the special significance of the matters on which they deal, the opinions approved in relation to the preliminary drafts of the Law on the Promotion of Renewable Energies and Incentives for Savings and Energy Efficiency in Castilla-La Mancha, and of Environmental Assessment in Castilla-La Mancha.
