Activity of the Castilla-La Mancha Advisory Council on the matter constitutional and statutory (2007)

Abstract

Once again this year, this work aims to gather the most relevant doctrine established in the opinions of the Advisory Council of Castilla-La Mancha, issued in exercise of its constitutional and statutory powers attributed by Law 11/2003, of September 25, which regulates said body and the Government of our Autonomous Community. It is worth highlighting in this period, due to the special significance of the matters on which they deal, the opinions approved in relation to the preliminary drafts of the Law on Agri-Food Quality of Castilla-La Mancha, Audiovisual Media of Castilla-La Mancha, and Forests and Sustainable Forest Management of Castilla-La Mancha.
