Díaz Majano, F. J. Cortes y Corte Trashumantes. Reuniones de las Cortes de Castilla en la actual Castilla-La Mancha (siglos XIV a XVI). Tirant humanidades – Cortes de Castilla-La Mancha, Valencia, 2020.
The book approaches the study of two fundamental institutions of the Middle Ages: the Cortes and the Court, in their documented evolution across the historical land of the present Castilla-La Mancha, from their maturity to their definitive establishment, through three centuries of interesting political events. From a historical-institutional perspective, the itinerary also includes both institutions’ precedents and their necessary relationship: the Cortes, as place of discussion for public interest matters; the Court, as kings’ political enviroment in their continuous travels along the territory.
