Jurisprudence of the Constitutional Court on autonomous communities (January 1, 2007 to December 31, 2007).

Abstract

This article refers to the rulings issued by the Spanish Constitutional Court relating to the Autonomous Communities during 2007.

Of all the rulings that have affected the autonomous sphere in one way or another, the article focuses on those that have a more direct impact on the competence and organisational aspects of the Autonomous Community, and in any case those referring to Castilla-La Mancha.
