Álvarez Rodríguez's new work is a study of current feminist tendencies and their constitutional objectives. For this, the author of this work makes an extensive review of the different types of feminism from different perspectives, revealing, in turn, the different feminist proposals that some authors believe it is convenient to transfer to the Spanish Constitution
