Activity of the Castilla-La Mancha Advisory Council on the matter constitutional and statutory (2008)

Abstract

In 2008, the work of the Advisory Council of Castilla-La Mancha in the exercise of its constitutional and statutory powers –conferred by Law 11/2003, of September 25, which regulates said body and the government of our autonomous community– has been limited to the issuance of eight opinions on preliminary draft laws, which the Government of the Junta de Comunidades de Castilla-La Mancha has submitted to the consideration of this advisory body before their approval by the Regional Parliament.
