Abstract

This article refers to the sentences dictated by the spanish Constitutional Court relative to the Autonomus Community during the year 2008.

Of the totality of the sentences that have affected of one or another form to the autonomic area, the article centers on those that affect of form more direct in competential and organizational aspects of the Autonomous Community, and in any case refered to Castilla- La Mancha.
