The work can be divided in two parts. In the first one, the author describes and comments the contents of each chapter; in the second one, she tries to underline the relationship between the three main themes of the book (interculturality, Nature’s rights and peace). They can be indetified as the philosophical basis of a new stage of constitutionalism and the three pillars of a new form of institutionalism, the State of buen vivir, or Caring State.
