Activity of the Castilla-La Mancha Advisory Council on the matter constitutional and statutory (2009)

Abstract

As in previous periods, the work of the Consultative Council of Castilla-La Mancha in 2009, related to the exercise of its constitutional and statutory competencies—granted by Law 11/2003, of September 25, which regulates this body and the government of our autonomous community—focused on issuing nine opinions on Draft Bills. These Draft Bills were submitted by the Government of the Junta de Comunidades de Castilla-La Mancha to this consultative body for review before their approval by the Regional Parliament.
