Jurisprudence of the Constitutional Court on autonomous communities (January 1, 2009 to December 31, 2010).

Abstract

This article refers to the sentences dictated by the spanish Constitutional Court relative to the Autonomus Community during the years 2009 and 2010.

Of the totality of the sentences that have affected of one or another form to the autonomic area, the article centers on those that affect of form more direct in competential and organizational aspects of the Autonomous Community, and in any case refered to Castilla- La Mancha.
