Participation citizen in Law 1/2020, of February 3, of the Third Social Sector of Castilla-La Mancha

The purpose of this article is to comment on the participation in Law 1/2020, of February 3, on the Third Social Sector of Castilla-La Mancha. To this end, we will analyze the competences in matters of social assistance included in the Spanish Constitution, as well as its jurisprudential development, being assumed and developed by Organic Law 9/1982, of August 10, on the Statute of Autonomy of Castilla-La Mancha, which will allow the purpose that the studied law seeks and that is nothing more than what is known as governance can be carried out, as we will deepen.
