Abstract

In this paper, on an annual basis, the work of the Advisory Council of Castilla- La Mancha referred to the exercise of their constitutional and statutory powers conferred by-Law 11/2003 of 25 September, which regulates this body and the government picks in our region. This work has resulted, in 2014, ten in issuing opinions on draft bills, of which stand out six of them, in which the Council made essential character considerations that should be remembered as the most significant doctrine referred to the matter at hand.
