The rights of persons with disabilities as a result of a permanent consolidation in our society: disability and dependency Chair

Abstract

This chronicle refers to the agreement that was signed in february 2023 between the Excma. Diputación Provincial of Ciudad Real and the University of Castilla-La Mancha, and as a result of this agreement was the “Cátedra Derecho de las Personas con Discapacidad y Dependencia (DYD)”. In these pages it will be possible to visualize the origin, the activities to be carried out, the aims, as well as the main purpose that is intented to be achieved with it born of this Chair.
