Abstract

In this paper, on an annual basis, the work of the Advisory Council of Castilla- La Mancha referred to the exercise of their constitutional and statutory powers conferred by-Law 11/2003 of 25 September, which regulates this body and the government picks in our region. This work has resulted, in 2016, in the issuance of six opinions on preliminary draft laws and one on a collaboration agreement between the Autonomous Community of Castilla-La Mancha and Madrid. In three of them, the Council made essential considerations that should be remembered as a more significant doctrine, referring to the s ubject at hand.

The scheme followed in each of the sections of this paper is structured, in turn, into three distinct, referring to the purpose of the draft, fundamental considerations issued by the Council and, where appropriate level of care that such observations have had in the regulatory text approved by the Castilla-La Mancha.
