Jurisprudence of the Constitutional Court on Autonomous Communities (1st January 2016 to 31st December 2016)

Abstract

In this paper a review of the judgments of the Constitutional Court concerning autonomous regions in processes of constitutional, jurisdictional conflicts and conflicts in defense of local autonomy, during 2016. In addition comes, it is made a brief comment of those processes played by Castilla-La Mancha.
